Delivery and Returns

Free delivery for minimum orders of £30.00 and over.

For orders below £30.00, we charge a flat rate of £4.95.

We aim to deliver your order within 3 to 5 working days.

If you require next day delivery, please order before Midday on weekdays and select the option Next Day Delivery at the check out (subject to extra charge).

Unfortunately, we are currently only able to deliver within the UK.

Please make sure you enter your delivery details fully and correctly as unfortunately we can not be liable for products not arriving at their intended destination due to incorrect or missing details entered at the checkout. 

Returns

We really hope you will love the products as much as we do. If for any reason you are not happy with the product, or the product is damaged, please send the product back within 14 days of receiving the item(s). Please leave a note with your name, email address and order number and if you require a replacement or refund. The product must be unused and in their original packaging.

We recommend to send the items recorded to ensure the products arrive safely and correctly as we cannot be responsible for lost items.

 If your item(s) have arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can arrange an exchange or refund.
